Two main areas, totalling about 3200 acres and 90 miles oftrails/jeep roads also have camping and picnic facilities. Vehiclescan be operated from sunrise to sunset only. In accordance with state resource management guidelines, this parkimplements measures to protect riparian habitat, control erosion,suppress dust, and monitor wildlife health. Surprisingly for an OHVpark, there is a Natural Reserve area and some relatively peacefulwalking paths above the camping sites in the Lower Ranch area.
